Dr. Charles E. Hall is a minister and pastor with 36years of ministry experience. He has been married to Mrs. Norvo D. Hall for the past 35 years and their union has produced two daughters, Totress Hall Grant and Shekinah Hall and two grandsons, Josiah Xavier Grant ,O’ Brian Charles Shirley and one granddaughter, Sage Vivian Shirley.

Rev. Hall served as a Navy Chaplain for 22 years and deployed during the Gulf War as Command Chaplain aboard the USS Wabash (AOR-5). LCDR (Retired) Hall served as Command Chaplain with the Marines and Coast Guard. He is a pastor ordained by the National Baptist Convention USA Inc. He is the former Pastor of Jubilee Gospel Fellowship, Newport, Rhode Island and The Baptist Temple Brooklyn, New York. His educational experiences include Southern Baptist College AA Liberal Arts, California Baptist University: BA History; BS Public Administration, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary: Masters of Divinity, Graduate Theological Union, Berkley, Ca, Greek Studies, Andersonville Baptist Theological Seminary: Doctorate Pastoral Theology and City College CCUY   New York, New York: Masters of Science--Education.

 Dr. Hall’s Clinical Pastoral Education experiences include a year long residence at the           New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn. There he was assigned to patient care on Oncology, ICU, CCU, RCU, and the ER units. Dr. Hall completed an additional year Chaplain Residency with the Veterans Administration. Presently he is a Chaplain with the VA assigned to assisting veterans though spirituality group formation and leadership in the areas of substance abuse, mental illness, homelessness, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder involving returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. Hall is a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains and the National Association of Veterans Affairs Chaplains.

Additionally, Rev. Charles E. Hall is a New York State Notary Public, New York State Certified Science Teacher , New York State Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee and former Minority Veteran Program Coordinator for VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. He has provided leadership in the American Legion Dorie Miller Post 213 as Chaplain, Adjutant/ Secretary, Financial Officer, and Commander for the past 4 years.
